1. Agreement to Terms

By submitting an application to become a Psychic Advisor on Mystic Mountain ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Psychic Terms of Use. These terms govern your relationship with Mystic Mountain and your obligations as an independent contractor providing spiritual advisory services.

2. Independent Contractor Status

You acknowledge that you are an independent contractor and not an employee, agent, or partner of Mystic Mountain. You are solely responsible for:

• Your own taxes, including self-employment tax
• Obtaining required business licenses and permits
• Professional liability insurance (recommended)
• Compliance with local, state, and federal regulations

3. Entertainment Purposes & Prohibited Topics

All services provided through this platform are strictly for ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSES ONLY.

You agree that you will NOT provide professional advice on:

• Medical matters - including diagnoses, treatments, medications, or pregnancy outcomes
• Legal matters - including legal advice, court outcomes, or criminal proceedings
• Financial advice - including stock picks, investment decisions, or gambling outcomes
• Psychological counseling - you are not a licensed therapist

Violations of these prohibitions may result in immediate termination and potential legal liability.

4. Commission & Payment Terms

• Standard Commission: You will receive 65% of all session revenue as your base rate.
• Referral Bonus: Sessions with clients you personally refer earn you 75% commission.
• Commission Increases: Maintain 15+ hours online weekly for 4 consecutive weeks to unlock 70% base rate.
• Payout Schedule: Weekly payouts processed every Monday for earnings $50+.
• 72-Hour Stand Time: Earnings are held for 72 hours post-session for dispute/refund processing.

5. Platform Policies & Compliance

You agree to comply with all platform policies, including:

• No Off-Platform Solicitation: You may not solicit clients to book sessions outside the platform.
• Session Recording: All sessions may be recorded for quality assurance and compliance monitoring.
• Minimum Availability: Maintain at least 12 hours online per week to remain active.
• No-Show Policy: Missing scheduled sessions may result in 100% refund to client and disciplinary action.
• Video Reading Deadlines: $10 video readings must be delivered within 24 hours. Three missed deadlines result in permanent feature removal.

6. Content & Intellectual Property

You grant Mystic Mountain a non-exclusive license to use your profile content, video introductions, and promotional materials for marketing purposes. Your name, likeness, and testimonials may be featured on the platform and in promotional materials.

7. Disciplinary Actions & Termination

Mystic Mountain reserves the right to:

• Issue warnings for policy violations
• Temporarily suspend your account for serious violations
• Freeze your account pending investigation
• Permanently terminate your account for severe or repeated violations

Grounds for termination include, but are not limited to: prohibited topic violations, harassment, fraud, multiple no-shows, consistent low ratings, or off-platform solicitation.

8. Data Privacy & Security

Your personal information (SSN, driver's license, tax documents) is encrypted and accessible only to authorized personnel for verification and tax reporting purposes. Session data and client information must be kept confidential and may not be used for any purpose outside the platform.

9. Amendments

Mystic Mountain may update these terms at any time. You will be notified of material changes via email. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
